2. Together, we meet with our architect to transform your ideas into plans.

3. A Design/Build Agreement is signed authorizing us to develop blue prints and plans.

4. We present a detailed statement of work which pinpoints the specifics of the project including interior and exterior finishes. Along with the statement of work, we provide an allowance schedule and price proposal, which gives you an exact price—not an estimate.

5. Plans are completed, and we deliver a price quote.

The contract is signed, and financing is finalized.

7. Construction commences!
