Originally built in 1960 in the Anderson Heights neighborhood, this home underwent a whole house renovation that transformed it from a one-story ranch to a two-story, 4,500-square-foot showpiece. An extensive demolition phase was necessary before improvements could begin. On the demolition list were: existing cabinets, all electrical wiring and fixtures, all plumbing and plumbing fixtures, existing windows, the roof, and all plaster and sheetrock. Completed in 2005, the renovations included a full gourmet kitchen, five bedrooms, four full baths, one half-bath, a structured wiring and security system, and 10-foot ceilings on the first floor. The renovations and the young family who call this house their home have brought it back to life.
