Built in the 1940s, this house greets family and guests with a fireplace in the large foyer. As a result of extensive fire damage, this property was vacant for a number of years before the renovation. To combat fire damage, much of the internal structure had to be removed. Fire restoration paint was used on the interior as a primer to aid in restoring the walls and eliminate any odor from smoke. Today this beautiful home is completely restored without a hint of fire damage in its history.
