2505 Anderson Drive
Built in 1956, the 1,440-square-foot home at 2505 Anderson Drive was a perfect candidate for renovation. However, due to extensive termite damage discovered after demolition started, none of the original structure could be salvaged except for the original living room floor and fireplace. With 4,090 square feet, the new home is a testament to inventive design and quality workmanship. With five bedrooms (including master suites on both the first and second floor), four full baths and one half-bath, and a full designer kitchen, the house perfectly suits the needs of the busy family who now call it home.
This kitchen was voted Best Kitchen Renovation over $75,000 in 2007 at the Home Builders Association S.T.A.R. (Spotlighting Triangle Achievements in Remodeling) Awards.
